Brittain, Bernard and Danny were awesome throughout this transaction. I had previously purchased a 2011 Jetta SEL in June. This car was flooded during Hurricane Irene. Brittain worked directly with my insurance company to have my car replaced with a similar 2012 model. I picked it up, everything went just fine. There were still some papers to be signed so Bernard even brought those out to my house on a Saturday morning so I didn't have to drive back to Greenville, as we were expecting multiple insurance adjusters that day.
